KYC/AML policy

1. Kindly note that On-Ramp and Off-Ramp providers have AML/KYC policy.
2. Due to this policy, users’ transactions may be held for KYC procedures.
3. That is why, before users initiate a purchase or a selling via our API, please notify them about the possibility of transactions being held for KYC procedures.
4. You may want to use the following text: “Crypto purchase services are provided by On-Ramp and Off-Ramp providers. By clicking “Accept,” I acknowledge and understand that my transaction may trigger AML/KYC verification according to AML/KYC policy.”
5. We highly recommend you to notify the customer that if the transaction gets the hold status, the customer should contact your support team or the On-Ramp and Off-Ramp provider's support.
